All Fire Brew orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt out of our Clackamas, OR fulfillment center.

Fire Brew observes all US holidays. Shipping times vary based on location. Please refer to chart below for estimated delivery time within the USA. 

US Shipments 
All Fire Brew shipping costs are charged at check out.  Based on order size we will ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

When to Expect Your Order 
Our products are shipped from Clackamas, OR 97015.  All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are represented in the table below. You will receive an email with order confirmation as soon as you place the order. Once the product has shipped, you will receive a 2nd email containing tracking information. 

 

Damaged In Shipping Policy

If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, you must sign for the package as “damaged” with the carrier. If the package was not sent signature required, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery. The carrier requires photos of the original packaging, as well as the damaged product so make sure to keep the box and product.

How to Make a Damage in Shipping Claim

Please submit the following information to hello@drinkfirebrew.com
  • Your name, address, phone number
  • At least 1 photo of the damaged portion of the box
  • At least 1 photo of the damaged product
  • Proof of purchase (email receipt or photo of receipt accepted)
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Tracking #

Please assure all information is included and visibly to ensure your claim is properly handled. Fire Brew will not be held liable for any damaged items returned without proper authorization.

What to Expect with a Damaged in Shipping Claim

Fire Brew is not responsible for shipping damage but we will do our best to facilitate the process. Once we receive all information in the email above, we will make a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is approved, the customer must prepare the claim for return shipment. We will provide the return label. Once the damaged product is returned, we will either issue a refund or send replacement. If you need your item faster, you will need to place a new order for the product and return the damaged product. This does not guarantee Fire Brew will issue a refund for the damaged product. We facilitate the process of the carrier so credits are issued based on their decision.  

RETURNS

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns. If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us for a replacement or refund at hello@drinkfirebrew.com. 

Please do not send us back damaged product. 

REFUNDS 
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement if your product is broken or damaged in transit. Please contact us at hello@drinkfirebrew.com if you have other issues with your order and to get a refund or replacement item.

We do not refund shipping costs.
Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are broken or damaged. We do not allow exchanges.
