This is a super easy marinade to make and is a go-to of mine. I love mustard!
Ingredients:

1/4 cup Citrus Fire Brew

3 tablespoons olive oil

Zest of one lemon

Juice of one lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together Citrus Fire Brew, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Place your chicken or vegetables in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the chicken or vegetables, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse. For a more intense flavor, you can marinate for a longer period, even overnight.

Preheat your grill or oven.

Remove the chicken or vegetables from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.

Grill the chicken or roast the vegetables until they are cooked through, occasionally basting with the remaining marinade during the cooking process.

Serve your marinated chicken or vegetables with your preferred accompaniments.
