Vinegar Roasted Potatoes

Many of us love vinegar on our fries These are no different except that these are a lot healthier! These Vinegar Roasted Potatoes are a comforting and flavorful side dish, perfect for any gathering or cozy dinner at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound potatoes

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1-2 tbsp Citrus Fire Brew

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped (rosemary, parsley, thyme, basil)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a bowl, mix the diced potatoes with olive oil, Fire Brew, chopped garlic, spices, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Remember to toss halfway through baking for even cooking.

  6. Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot as a delicious side dish.
