Elderberry Brew Morning Smoothie

This Spicy Fire Brew Smoothie is a refreshing and energizing way to add to oomph to your day. The combination of fruits, greens, and Fire Brew creates a unique and flavorful blend that will wake up your taste buds. Adjust the spice level and sweetness to suit your preferences.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen

  • 1/2 cup a dairy-free mylk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1/2 to 1 cup water or coconut water (adjust to desired thickness)

  • 1 tablespoon Elderberry Fire Brew (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon of collagen powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. If you haven't already, freeze the banana, pineapple chunks, and mango chunks. This will give your smoothie a creamy texture

  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, non dairy mylk, chia seeds, collagen powder, almond butter, spinach leaves, and Fire Brew

  3. Pour in 1/2 to 1 cup of water or coconut water, depending on your desired thickness. You can adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your preferred smoothie consistency.

  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the amount of Fire Brew if needed. Add more for extra spiciness or reduce if you prefer a milder flavor.

  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass.

  7. Sip and enjoy your invigorating and spicy morning smoothie!
