Fire Brew Lentil Soup

Warm up with this comforting Fire Brew Lentil Soup, perfect for cold winter days or cozy nights in.


  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 1 Carrots, chopped

  • 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped

  • 1 cup of Red lentils

  • 6 cups of Vegetable broth

  • 2 T of Citrus Fire Brew

  • ½ t Cumin

  • ¼ t Coriander

  • ¼ t Salt

  • Pepper

  • Lemon

  • Fresh herbs

  • Plain yogurt (optional)


  1. Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic in a pot until softened.

  2. Add red lentils to the pot, along with enough vegetable broth to cover the ingredients. Add 2 T of Citrus Fire Brew for extra flavor.

  3. Simmer the soup until the lentils are tender, about 20 minutes.

  4. Once cooled, you can either leave the soup chunky or blend it for a smoother texture.

  5. Season the soup with cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to taste.

  6. Garnish each serving with a squeeze of lemon, fresh herbs, and a dollop of plain yogurt if desired.
