- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Blend the Ingredients:○ In a blender, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, Fire Brew, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
2. Season to Taste:○ Add salt and pepper to taste. For a thinner consistency, add a bit of cold water or vegetable broth.
3. Chill and Serve:○ Refrigerate the gazpacho for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled, garnished with a drizzle of olive oil or fresh herbs if desired.
