Fire Brew Garden Gazpacho

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe garden tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Fire Brew
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Blend the Ingredients:

○ In a blender, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, Fire Brew, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.

2. Season to Taste:

○ Add salt and pepper to taste. For a thinner consistency, add a bit of cold water or vegetable broth.

3. Chill and Serve:

○ Refrigerate the gazpacho for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled, garnished with a drizzle of olive oil or fresh herbs if desired. This gazpacho is a refreshing way to enjoy the bounty of the season, and it’s made even better with the bold flavors of our Fire Brew. ENJOY!
