I am a huge sesame noodle fan. I used to eat this all the time when I lived in NYC. Now, I make this at home. It’s not the “healthiest” dish but it brings me comfort on a cold rainy night so I’m more than ok with it!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Asian noodles (such as udon or soba)Â
- 1/4 cup Elderberry Fire BrewÂ
- 2 tablespoons soy sauceÂ
- 1 tablespoon sesame oilÂ
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oilÂ
- 2 cloves garlic, mincedÂ
- 2 teaspoons sesame seedsÂ
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Elderberry Fire Brew, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sesame seeds, and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, along with the Elderberry Fire Cider sauce.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy hot or at room temperature! It also tastes DELICIOUS as leftovers!
