Elderberry Fire Brew Garlic Sesame Noodles

Elderberry Fire Brew Garlic Sesame Noodles

I am a huge sesame noodle fan. I used to eat this all the time when I lived in NYC. Now, I make this at home. It’s not the “healthiest” dish but it brings me comfort on a cold rainy night so I’m more than ok with it!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Asian noodles (such as udon or soba)
  • 1/4 cup Elderberry Fire Brew
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Elderberry Fire Brew, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sesame seeds, and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, along with the Elderberry Fire Cider sauce.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy hot or at room temperature! It also tastes DELICIOUS as leftovers!
