  • 1/2 cup elderberries (fresh or frozen). If not elderberries, use blueberries.
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Elderberry Fire Brew
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
  • Fresh berries and mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions for Smoothie:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: If using frozen elderberries, there's no need to thaw them. If using fresh elderberries, ensure they are cleaned and destemmed.
