Citrus Fire Brew Immune-Boosting Nerve Soother Soup

This soup is packed with ingredients that are beneficial for the nervous system, including turmeric, ginger, and Fire Brew. By incorporating these ingredients together, into a nourishing soup where red lentils are the star ingredient, you're providing your body with essential nutrients and compounds that supports overall wellbeing.


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  1 onion, diced 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Fire Brew (Citrus flavor)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish (optional)


  1.  In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped carrots and celery to the pot, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
  3. Stir in the ground turmeric and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and add the rinsed red lentils to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
  5. Once the lentils are cooked, add the diced tomatoes (with their juices) to the pot, along with the Fire Brew. Stir well to combine, and let the soup simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  7. Serve the Nerve Soother Soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
