Cilantro Soy Dressing
As warmer weather starts to set in, and garden vegetables begin to grow, we can't help but think about cool summer salads and the dressings that make them sing! We came up with some ideas to spice up your summer salads with a kick of health in the mix!
First up, we have a Cilantro Soy Dressing. This simple seven ingredient dressing would be great paired with a snap pea or green bean salad. Add some cashews to the mix to top it all off. YUM!
